When you place a booking we collect the personal information you provide on our checkout form: your full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, traveller details, and payment card information. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited via analytics cookies.
We use your information to process bookings, communicate trip details, send confirmations and customer-service replies, and to operate fraud prevention. Aggregated analytics help us improve the site and measure advertising effectiveness on platforms such as Meta.
Card details submitted at checkout are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed by our payment processor. We do not retain full card numbers on our servers after the transaction is processed.
We share booking details only with the travel partners required to fulfil your reservation (hotels, cruise lines, tour operators) and with payment processors and fraud-prevention vendors. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
