These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Travelmark website and any bookings you make through it. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
Travelmark is an online marketplace that aggregates and resells travel packages, hotel deals, cruises, and experiences provided by third-party operators. We act as an intermediary between you and the supplier of the travel product. The supplier is the party responsible for delivering the trip.
Prices displayed are limited-time seasonal pricing and may change without notice. The final price you are charged is the price shown at checkout. Availability is confirmed once payment is captured and the supplier confirms your booking.
You authorise us to charge the payment card you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any taxes and fees. Currency is US dollars unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and are listed on each deal page where applicable. We will pass requests to the supplier on your behalf but cannot guarantee refunds outside the supplier's published policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visas, health requirements) for the destination. Travelmark and the supplier are not liable for losses caused by missing or invalid documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
